He is an accredited coach for Central Government, Citi and GSK and is currently qualifying to become a supervisor of coaches. Nick has designed and delivered leadership programmes for all sectors and across all industries. Before studying for his MSc in Organisational Behaviour in 1998, Nick worked in central London as a General Practitioner.

Rebekah is a certified Sandler trainer, and the CEO of Sandler Training in Sydney.
